Location:
You are 10 minutes from downtown Heredia. Heredia is a college town, so lots of good energy, nightlife if you like that. The Paseo de las Flores mall is as modern as anyplace you've been. Movies, cafes, clothing, Office Depot, Pricesmart... you name it, you can get it in Heredia!

You are 20 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from downtown San José and the Teatro Nacional, 30 minutes to Escazú, about two hours from the Pacific coast.

Weather:
San Rafael is about 3500ft elevation: it is perfect weather! Tshirt days, comforter nights. It doesn't get any better than this.

The Property:
The main house (MH) is a 2,088sf 3 bedroom/2 bath (one with a tub!) home. Plus, upstairs is a large 2nd floor room that could either be a bedroom or an office. This room features a balcony with views of San Jose, Escazú, and the mountains beyond! Room to add a bathroom up here, no problem.

The CAR:
Get this: the '89 Geo Tracker 4x4 is included in the sale! Riteve paid in June, Marchamo paid in December (both are paid annually). A new engine was installed before this owner purchased, and he doesn't know those details. The odomoeter says 39k miles but no guarantee. He says it runs well, but he probably would just use it for a small commute car. And: it's free!
